One-Off 4000pt Per Player Apoc Game Tonight
The table is set and ready to go:
We'll be playing a 4000pt per player game tonight, using the Line Breaker scenario from IA Apoc II (Details below). There are no restrictions on formations or super heavies, however one objective will be in a bunker that can only be entered by infantry, jump infantry, bikes, jet bikes and monstrous creatures or walkers on a 60mm base or smaller.
The mission rules are as follows:
One side is the defender, one is the attacker. The defender has 2/3 of the points of the attacker. The Defender has three objectives, all of which must be placed in their deployment zone, more that 12" from the table edges and 8" from each other. More details tonight.

Warhammer and Dreadfleet this Tuesday
This week we will be taking a break from the usual games to run some 750pt Warhammer Fantasy Battle mini-games. We will also have a table set up to play Dreadfleet, and the usual hobby and painting stations available.
A reminder, the club now meets from 6:30pm-10:30pm on Tuesdays at 37 Southgate Road, Island Bay.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Change of Club Venue
Unfortunately the ongoing cost of the hall is not being covered by attendance the meetings, so we have decided to move venues. Starting tomorrow, the club will meet at 37 Southgate Road.
This venue is smaller, but can still hold 2-3 tables, 4 at a stretch, and allows us to waive the attendance fee entirely.
So to sum up, the club now meets at 37 Southgate Road, Island Bay, and there is no fee to attend - so please do come along.

No club meeting on Monday 16 October
Unfortunately there was a break in at the hall last week and the locks have been changed as a result. We don't have a new key yet and none of the organisers are able to get the key before tomorrows meeting, so we will need to postpone this weeks meeting.
We'll sort things out to get back underway next week.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The First War Incorporated Mini-Con
In October the War Incorporated club will be running a special event - a one-off, single day, three round Warhammer 40k 1750 point tournament.
Currently set for Saturday October 15th, more details will be available soon.
